After the long cold spell a couple of months ago... we now have the sun peeking brightly at us all day. Too bright, actually. I know a glass of water is all that we need to cool us off... but it's so much more fun with ice cream!
And for that... I love almost every flavor! I like it in a glass, while I scoop out every little bit with my spoon.

Ice cream makes everyone feel better!Oh and to answer your question about butternut squash on my post..I would say it is like pumpkin. It gets slightly sweet when you roast it, and I am in love with it now!
